How does the free trial work?
You get full access to all 150 recipes for 30 days at no charge. We remind you before the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from your account with no fee.
How much is membership?
Membership is $9.49 per month or $99.49 per year. The annual plan works out to two months free versus paying monthly.
Which recipes are free?
Half the library -- 75 recipes spread across all 15 cuisines -- is free to everyone with no login. The other 75 are for members.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in a click from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and the 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
What is the money-back guarantee?
If you are not happy within 30 days of being billed, contact us for a full refund -- no questions asked. This applies to both membership and store orders.
Do you ship physical products?
Yes. The kitchen store ships physical tools and gear. Shipping is free over $75.00, otherwise a flat $6.99.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders leave the warehouse within one to two business days. You will receive a confirmation when your order is on its way.
What is your return window?
Unused store items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See the Refund Policy for details and a few exceptions.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card numbers are validated and processed at checkout; we do not keep full card numbers on our servers.
Are the recipes tested?
Every recipe is cooked and tested in a normal home kitchen before it is published. If a step does not work, we rewrite it.
Can I use recipes for a special diet?
Recipes list their ingredients clearly so you can adapt them. Nutrition is approximate; always check labels if you have allergies or medical dietary needs.
