These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Grroups Kitchen, operated by GROUP SOLAROC LLC. By using the Site or buying a membership or product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
2. Membership, billing, and auto-renewal
Membership is offered at $9.49 per month or $99.49 per year. New members may start with a 30-day free trial. In plain language:
- You are not charged during the free trial.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan begins automatically and your payment method is charged the then-current price.
- Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
- We may change prices with notice; changes apply to the next renewal, not the current period.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time: sign in, open My Account, and choose to cancel your membership, or email info@grroups.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Store orders
Product prices and availability may change. We may refuse or cancel an order due to errors, including pricing errors. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
5. Acceptable use
You may use recipes and content for personal, non-commercial cooking. You may not scrape, resell, republish, or redistribute our content, or attempt to disrupt the Site.
6. Intellectual property
All recipes, text, design, logos, and other content on the Site are owned by GROUP SOLAROC LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal use only.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nutrition information is approximate. You are responsible for safe food handling and for accommodating any allergies or dietary needs. See our Disclaimer.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GROUP SOLAROC LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
10. Arbitration and class-action waiver
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration in Florida, rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You and we agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.
