Memberships
You may cancel a membership at any time from My Account or by emailing us. If you were charged and are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of that charge and we will return it. Free-trial members are not charged, so there is nothing to refund if you cancel before the trial ends.

- Return window: unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- How to start: email info@grroups.com with your order reference and the items you wish to return.
- Refund timing: once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
- Damaged or wrong items: if something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it, including shipping.
Exceptions
- Items returned used, damaged by misuse, or missing original packaging may receive a partial refund or be declined.
- Return shipping for non-defective items is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
